DELIVERY / PICKUP INFORMATION
Delivery
Midha Furniture serves clients across Ontario and offers delivery to most cities within the province. If delivery is unavailable in your area, you can arrange to pick up your furniture from our warehouse. Please note that the prices listed on our website do not include delivery charges. Once you select your items and proceed to checkout, the system will calculate the delivery fee based on your delivery address. We do not profit from delivery charges. Depending on the item ordered, shipping may take up to four weeks.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure that the path to the designated location for the furniture is clear of any obstructions such as other furniture or items. Our delivery team is unable to remove doors, door frames, moldings, railings, or make any modifications to your home to facilitate delivery. Additionally, if you are replacing existing furniture, it must be removed or dismantled prior to our team's arrival. The responsibility for removing old furniture lies with the customer.
Please measure your designated space, doorways, and hallways to confirm that the new furniture will fit. A restocking fee of 25% and actual shipping costs may apply if the uncrated furniture does not fit into the designated space.
We are not responsible for any damage to your property that may occur during the delivery or removal of merchandise due to faulty or narrow spaces.
If no one is present at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery time, an additional re-delivery fee will apply.
Pickup
We offer convenient pickup services at all our locations. To ensure a smooth experience, please contact our customer support team in advance to confirm item availability and schedule your pickup time. When picking up your furniture, please bring your invoice, the credit card used for the purchase, and a valid photo ID.
Ensure that your vehicle is adequately sized to transport the merchandise. Please note, we are not responsible for loading, securing, or ensuring the safe transport of items to your home. Any damage incurred during transit is not covered under warranty, and we cannot accept returns for items damaged during transportation.
Merchandise picked up may be packaged in cartons and may require assembly. As such, we are unable to unpack or assemble items at the warehouse.
Please be aware that pickups are scheduled only on weekdays, in coordination with our in-store staff. Weekend pickups are not available.
