Midha’s Furniture Gallery is committed to providing quality products and customer service to all consumers for affordable prices. Our goal is to make your buying process as easy as possible. Our website is set up to process online orders immediately at your convenience. We are also located at 4 different locations across the GTA to ensure customer convenience and satisfaction. To ensure that all of our customers receive the utmost service, we have a dedicated customer care department set in place. Most items that are sold by Midha’s Furniture come from various manufacturers or suppliers that the company deals with. All items are guaranteed to be brand new unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include shipping, setup or disposal of garbage. Shipping is usually arranged, on behalf of a customer, with a third party carrier.
Product information including pictures, descriptions, and color on our website is based on the information provided from the manufacturer and their website. We are not held responsible for any discrepancies or errors. The product descriptions provided are for your convenience and informational purposes only. Please note, product color visible on your electronic device is dependent on your screen quality, brightness and your ability to perceive colors. In some cases, the actual product color might be a little different depending on the product. We try to keep all information up-to-date but in some cases, it may change without any notice. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Midha’s Furniture cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please Note: All Sales Are Final
When an order is placed, it is automatically processed and ordered by our online system immediately. However, if you discover concealed damage, please report it to us within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup via email. We may be able to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please contact our service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to report damages or defects. We kindly request that you upload images clearly showing the damage.
If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:
Cash and Debit card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7-10 business days).
Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card (allow 7-10 business days).
All other payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7-10 business days).
We have clients all over the GTA and provide delivery to most of cities of ontario. If delivery is not available to your area, you can always schedule to pick up your furniture at our warehouse. Product price available on our website doesn’t include delivery charges. Delivery charges vary on the location of your home.
Please ensure that the route to the location in which the merchandise is to be placed is clear of furniture and other obstruction.
Our drivers cannot remove doors, door jambs, casings, moldings, railings or make any alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise into your designated location.
Please measure your designated location and access doorways and hallways to ensure that your new furniture will fit into your designated location. Please note that a 25% restocking fee and actual shipping cost may apply if merchandise does not fit.
Please ensure you are present during the time of the scheduled delivery. There will be an additional re-delivery fee if you are not at the delivery location at the requested time.
We provide easy pickup from all our locations. Please reach out to our customer support team for merchandise updates, availability of item, pickup hours before you plan to pickup your merchandise. Please bring your invoice, credit card used and Picture ID to pickup your furniture. A store receipt will be provided to all customers. Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the merchandise to be picked up. We are not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of merchandise to your home. Damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on the merchandise should any damage occur during transit.
Merchandise that is picked-up may be in packaged boxes and may require assembly. Due to the nature of merchandise shipped in cartons, we are unable to unpack cartons or assemble merchandise for you at our warehouse.
If you receive merchandise with any damages, simply call our Customer Care department within 24 hours of delivery or pick up of the furniture and send us an email at email@example.com along with clear pictures of the damages. Once an email has been received, it will be forwarded to the manufacturer, and will be dealt with accordingly per your situation. If a repair is deemed by our trained specialists to be too complex to be completed in your home, the product will be returned for manufacturer repair at either Midha’s Furniture warehouse facility or directly at the manufacturer. In case the damaged item is not fixable, we will get it replaced for you, depending on the situation.
It is important to note that certain products, like wood and leather, are natural products and may come with slight imperfections in finishes. These are not considered defects, they are simply the nature of the product and are not covered under warranty. It is important to note that the manufacturer's warranty covers cases of normal use.
For fabric upholstery certain characteristics of fabric are normal, and signs of usage (such piling, loss of pile, high pile crushing, and color fading due to lighting and/or direct sunlight), are not considered manufacturer defects.
For upholstery foams and cushions, it is important to note that with all foam products, a slight loss of resiliency is to be expected, and is not a defect.
Signs of commercial use, animal damages, abnormal use or abuse will null and void the warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to furniture that has been soiled, stained, intentionally misused, altered, improperly cleaned, infested, damaged in transit, or otherwise damaged in a way that is not the result of defect in the workmanship of the product.
Imperfections on non-visible surfaces are not considered a warranty issue ie. backside/underneath.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Midha’s Furniture or any third parties.
Except as explicitly provided in the foregoing paragraphs, Midha’s Furniture makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the websites and/or any materials provided on the websites, all of which are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Midha’s Furniture does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or suitability of the operation of the websites, or any of the content or data found on the websites, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
